This document describes how to configure and use MS Dynamics CRM Connector.
MS Dynamics CRM Connector
Supported versions of Microsoft Dynamics:
- Dynamics 365 Online (up to version 9.1).
- Dynamics 365 On-Premises (up to version 9.0).
- Dynamics CRM Online (some features might not be available).
- Dynamics CRM On-Premises (some features might not be available).
It allows:
- Creating and sending communications, as well as displaying stats on your MS Dynamics CRM account;
- Automatically or manually importing contacts leads and account entities, with the ability to send a welcome email after the first registration;
- Advanced configuration of field mapping and setup of multiple choice field values;
- Setting up a filter for importing contacts;
- Exporting contacts leads and accounts entities, with the ability to enhance the fields of MS Dynamics CRM entities, from personal fields and from the contact’s statistics;
- Importing MS Dynamics CRM campaign activities, with automatic creation of the target and communication drafts inside a journeys;
- Creating campaign activities starting from communications sent from the platform;
- Automatically or manually creating Campaign Response entities based on events recorded by contacts on a previously sent communication (openings, clicks, conversions and bounces).
