To view the Responses for a campaign on your MS Dynamics CRM account, go to its page and click on the Campaign Responses section:
Remember that - as in the configuration of campaign activity exports from Dynamics to the platform, for each response code you can decide whether to transfer the information from the platform to MS Dynamics CRM:
According to the example in the screenshot, Campaign Response records will be created for each contact that:
- Achieved the set goal (opening, click or conversion) > contacts with the status
interested
- Requested to be unsubscribed or reported you as spam > contacts with the status
Do not send marketing material
- Registered bounces > contacts with the status
Error
The Campaign Response report will not be created for all other contacts.
