Once you have completed the general setup, you can export your survey results. Select the Export Surveys option from the right menu:
You will enter the Exported Surveys dashboard page,
which will be empty at the beginning, as you have not exported any Surveys yet.
Click on the New Survey export button at the top right corner of the page to enter the Survey Export page:
Now select the survey you want to export and the MS Dynamics CRM campaign in which you want to export it:
You can modify the default subject previously set in the general setup page:
And with the option
You will export all completed Surveys results, ignoring partial submissions. Moreover, you need to select what response to show for contacts that either completed the submission or didn't:
You can set four available responses:
- Interested
- Not interested
- Do not want to receive marketing material
- Technical error
Once you have completed the Survey configuration, click on the button.

You will be prompted for confirmation:
Click on the Start button and the connector will export your survey results into MS Dynamics CRM (they will be available in the configured MS Dynamics CRM campaign). Then, you will find your survey added to the Exported Surveys list in the dashboard.
Scheduled export
You can automate the Survey export by selecting the check box:
In this case, you will have to define the time range between exports and the starting date (date and time)
If you want to export your surveys right now, click on the button.
You will be asked to confirm this operation:
Click on the Start button and the connector will export your survey results into MS Dynamics CRM (results will be available in the configured MS Dynamics CRM campaign). Then, you will find your Survey added to the Exported Surveys list in the dashboard.
Exported Surveys
In the dashboard section, you will find 3 tools:
You can use them to:
- Enter and modify the selected Survey properties
- Make a new Survey export
- Delete the Survey
Through the icons placed on the right side of the dashboard, you can:
- View a Survey preview
- View the results of the Survey submissions;
- View the submissions list
The exported Survey results will be available by entering MS Dynamics CRM and selecting the configured campaign under the Marketing menu.
In the Responses section of the Campaign page, you will find the exported Surveys list. By clicking on each item in the list, you can view each Survey details:
