Q Audio: give your communications a voice, now ready to listen to
Add an audio version to your emails so your contacts can listen instead of reading, for example when they’re on the go or short on time.
With Q Audio, you can automatically turn your message content into an audio track, choosing from two available voices, and send it together with the email. The tone adapts to the content: more professional for informational messages, lighter for editorial content.
This way, you make your content more accessible and increase the chances it will actually be consumed, even when reading isn’t immediate.
Use Q outside magnews with the public MCP
If you already work with tools like ChatGPT, thanks to the new public MCP server, you can now use Ask Q outside magnews as well, integrating it into your preferred LLMs.
MCP is the protocol that lets Ask Q securely connect to your magnews account: this way you can access suggestions, content, and operational support even outside the platform, without constantly switching between tools.
The first time, you just authorize access. After that, you work with more continuity and fewer interruptions.

Q & help desk: from AI to human support
With Ask Q, you can get answers, suggestions, and guidance on how to use magnews while you’re working in the platform.
Now, if you need human support, you can contact the help desk directly from the chat: Q prepares your request by restructuring the conversation into a clear and complete message, so you can send it right away without rewriting anything.
This lets you handle everyday tasks on your own and involve support only when needed, without wasting time switching between tools.

Google Cloud Storage: connect your GCS file server to magnews
If you manage files and data on Google Cloud Storage, you can now use them directly in magnews without manual steps or intermediate syncs.
You can set up GCS as an external file server in magnews and use your files directly in import and export flows. Once configured, you can choose one or more buckets as data sources or destinations, for example to automatically update products, orders, or reports.
The result: you always work with up-to-date data and reduce the complexity of your flows, especially if you already use Google Cloud in your systems.

Security settings: more control over access and users
We’ve made it easier and clearer to manage your account’s security settings, which you can still configure based on your needs.
You can now more easily define and update rules such as session duration, automatic timeout after inactivity, and login parameters, including password requirements and expiration, as well as support access.
Start from a default configuration and customize it only where needed: icons help you quickly understand what has been changed, what is standard, and what cannot be modified.
You get a clearer overview of your settings and keep control over access without making management more complex.

Transactional reports: new trend charts for deeper analysis
If you want a better understanding of the performance of your transactional messages over time, you now have a clearer and more complete view.
In the transactional messages report, including those sent through automated flows, you can now analyze performance with new trend charts, in addition to the existing funnel. You get visibility into volumes, rates, and values, and you can turn key metrics on or off, such as sent, delivered, opened, clicked, and converted, or delivery rate, open rate, and click rate.
A table view with full data details is also available. This update makes analysis clearer and helps you quickly read performance trends over time.

Email preview: faster, more targeted testing with the side panel
Email preview now includes a side panel that’s always visible, letting you easily select a contact and see the message exactly as they will receive it. You can enable advanced simulation and insert variables to test different scenarios.
Recent and favorite contacts help you quickly find the ones you used in tests, with fast access to their details.
A simpler, faster way to check personalization and reduce errors before sending.

Faster testing in automated flows
When you start a test session on an automated flow, a contact may not enter the flow. Now you can immediately understand why, while you’re working.
Messages clearly show what is blocking the entry: for example, if the contact doesn’t meet entry rules because they’re outside the filter, if limits are not respected, or if a node condition is not satisfied. You get precise guidance on where to act, without manually reconstructing the contact’s path.
You can now identify issues faster and fix the configuration, making tests more effective and reducing the time needed to validate them.
